Refund Policy

AgentPay makes paid digital features available and reserves or uses processing capacity when a monthly payment succeeds. If you upload a compensation statement, AgentPay may also incur storage, extraction, AI-assisted processing, queue, and infrastructure costs.

Payments are therefore generally non-refundable after service access or statement processing begins. Payments are not normally prorated or refunded merely because you cancel, stop using the service, upload fewer statements, disagree with an estimate, or receive the forecast or planning output you wanted before the paid billing period ends.

Contact AgentPay promptly if:

• you have a verified duplicate charge for the same subscription period;
• the amount or account charged is verified to be incorrect;
• a charge occurred after a confirmed, timely online cancellation;
• you believe a charge was unauthorized;
• AgentPay could not provide the material paid service during the billing period because of a verified failure within AgentPay's control; or
• applicable law requires a refund, credit, cooling-off period, or other remedy.

AgentPay may request reasonable information needed to verify the charge and account. Any approved refund will normally be returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

You may cancel online at any time. A completed online cancellation stops future monthly renewals. Unless applicable law requires otherwise or access must be suspended for security, misuse, or legal reasons, you continue to have access through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period, delete your account, or delete uploaded information. A refund request also does not automatically cancel the subscription. Complete cancellation before the next renewal if you do not want another charge.

Founding Agent pricing is protected only while the subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later return, the then-current standard price applies. See the Terms of Service.

Forecasts depend on available statements and customer inputs and are estimates, not guarantees. A difference between a forecast and actual compensation does not by itself show that the service was not provided or create a refund right. AgentPay will investigate a credible report of a material technical failure.

Nothing in this Policy excludes a refund, rescission, cooling-off period, dispute right, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. Where this Policy conflicts with mandatory applicable law, that law controls.

Send the account email, charge date, amount, and a short explanation to support@agentpayforecast.com. Do not email a compensation statement, complete card number, card security code, password, or unrelated sensitive information.
