What AgentPay provides
Run your office like a CEO. AgentPay is a web-based subscription software service that helps insurance agents understand and plan their agency compensation: it forecasts each check, shows what the check has to cover, and plans owner pay, profit and set-asides.
Customers may import their own structured compensation data and enter agency information to receive automated estimated compensation forecasts, scenario comparisons, and cash-flow planning tools.
AgentPay works for every eligible agent, whichever compensation structure they are on, using the approved structured spreadsheet format.

SUBSCRIPTION
Pricing and billing
Standard subscription
$99per month
The standard price applies after the first 100 successfully paid Founding Agent subscriptions and to former Founding Agents who cancel and later return.

POLICIES
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription online at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise disclosed or required by law, access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.
Refund policy
Because AgentPay provides access to digital software and may incur processing costs when compensation data is submitted, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after service access or data processing begins, except where required by law or in the case of a verified duplicate or incorrect charge.
Customers should contact support promptly regarding billing issues.

TRUST
Privacy and payment information
Compensation-data privacy
Your confirmed compensation details and forecasts are private to your account. Other agents cannot access them. The structured workbook is read locally in the browser; only confirmed generic values are sent for secure persistence. Compensation history and forecast records remain according to the applicable account-retention policy. The founder does not routinely review customer compensation data.
Limited authorized access may occur only when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, investigating abuse, maintaining the service, or troubleshooting specifically requested by the customer.
Payment information
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. AgentPay does not directly receive or store customers' complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

AgentPay forecasts are estimates based on confirmed compensation history and information entered by the customer. Actual compensation may differ. AgentPay does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial-advisory services.
